Evalart has helped us find the right developers to help as build our online store and back office. I liked that without having inhouse IT knowledge, we could recruit good developers easily (And support was available when we had questions). I also like that Evalart has many tests available so we used it to recruit 2 sales people and one person for taking care of warehouse so far. #### Cons Although Evalart comes with a list of recommended tests for different positions, it would be great if they can expand that list to include more positions. #### Vendor response Thank you very much for your kind review! El hecho de poder hacer una prueba técnica con material que viene en la plataforma de tal manera que quede una evaluación completa es lo más nos ha gustado y sin obviar que aqui además puedo enviar también las psicometrías. #### Cons Lo que no me gusta es la ausencia de resultados graficos en la prueba DISC como lo hacen otras plataformas que son competencia, creo que mejorando esa parte estaría perfecta.
