Employees cannot see their hours accrued for each pay period. This has been a common complaint in our organization.

So far, the software has been very effective with very few, if any, issues.

The app has error codes. Customer support is horrible.

We usually run into problems while doing payroll, and then we have to wait for them to call us back.

I hate the way the view of the time cards is. Lots of wasted space and it is so slow to load and re-calculate in particular.

Job costing is more accurate. Employees can view their time and approve reducing the amount of time backtracking to find an error.

We find that ExakTime pays for it self plus more. We are super pleased with it.

It integrates with QuickBooks. The reports that we use are vital to billing our clients since they are billed on a time and material basis.

Every time it updates, another problem is created.

The attempt at making this a cloud based product is a complete waste of money.

At the end of the day as a user the app slows me down and can be quite aggravating.

The updates have been better, and faster. This makes payroll a lot easier and keeps employees honest.

Find the numerous amount of options overwhelming and makes it difficult to go straight to what we use.

A Picture snap shop of the person clocking in helps to eliminate ohers clocking in for other employees. It is very helpful to be able to integrate into Quick books.

I like that this software is compatible anywhere and anyone can use it. Once set up is complete it is easy to use and is a great tool for time tracking your employees.

Its been a great and easy transition and not having to collect time cards is a great benefit to us.

The mobile application's ease of use. I love the ability to sort reports by employee, location, cost code and time frame.

This is good for people to keep track of where employees are and to ensure that they are at work when they say they are.

I like the ease of use for the employees. It is very easy to show a new employee how to use the software.

It's very very frustrating. There are other related problems too, such as before if I checked a box for time, but synced or uploaded to a different company, then the time would not go through.

Buggy; issues; causes payroll errors. Changes AM to PM / vise versa - causes times to calculate improperly.

The set up for individual workers is simple, user manual helpful and Customer service outstanding.

This is a great way to track hours worked at different job site locations. You are able to view timecard and payments all in the app.

This product has been very valuable to our company and helpful in managing our employees. I appreciate the ease of use of the product.

Other products on the market cost less and work better.

I love everything about this product, from the ease of use to the support I get if I ever need it. Customer Service is right on any issues I do have and they get them resolved quickly.

Its a great tool to track a large number of employees at multiple locations. Also helps make payroll processing much easier.

So far customer service has been very good, both times I called I spoke with Jeremy Bautista. He was very knowledgable and quick to help, this was very encouraging.

The customer service has been wonderful for a first time user. They help explain things clearly and got me up and running quickly.

I can see my days off, my benefits, my salary, and my paychecks. This is very important for me and makes it easy to know where to find things.

What I like most is the ease of use for our employees. It is a very  intuitive system to use and an employee's profile, performance management, PTO  and onboarding tasks are visible to them.

They have the answers and if not they will ensure they get you the answers. We have been extremely pleased with how they continue to provide us with the best customer service a client can ask for.

My overall experience has been very positive. They have an updated customer service center that provides you with related articles to your question which is very helpful.

Overall, it's a nice tool. HR sends notices periodically about happenings around the company and Namely is a nice platform in which to view them.

Its a user friendly platform. Namely integrates with our ATS and it saves a lot of onboarding process.

It has a great user interface for our employees.

This makes it difficult if someone has a sick day to account for it on their time-card.

The service is awful and disjointed. Part of this is probably because of such high turnover on their part.

We have had difficulty with the Namely Time feature, it gets confusing for employees and sometimes there are issues with information syncing between the two systems.

The best thing about Namely is the integration between HR, Benefits and Payroll.

We have received fast and helpful responses to our inquiries. Benefits management in the system is also intuitive.

Namely is easy to use and great for what we've needed it for.

I love how easy it is to use Namely, the sections are clear and the user interface is simple and straighforward.

We use Namely for payroll, HRIS, and benefits. Having an all in one solution has not only made everything much more organized and easy to manage but has saved our team time and money.

When you assign a task to someone there is no way to set reminders or alert you if you have a task overdue. Also, no notification or red flag that says you have incomplete tasks on the homepage.

Namely has been a painful experience, with no support in the roll-out or implementation.

We selected Namely for the HR flexibility and have been very disappointed with the Payroll technology and customer service.

Lots of options to meet your needs from the benefits side with great transparency for employees to understand the total cost of benefits provided to them.

Having a fully integrated solution has saved me an abundance of time.

Namely's ease of use is second to none. Our employees love the facebook like layout.

They hold you off with emails stating they are working on the problems only after you send several emails and leave many phone messages for follow up.

It integrates seamlessly with our SSO platform and provides a nice clean, clear, and concise interface.

Line of sight is easy, metrics and reporting are well thought out. Performance management is excellent, company goal setting, company wide communication is excellent.

It is a software of human resources with a high cost but easy to use and adaptable.

Their success and support teams are incredible and the platform is really easy to use and our employees like it. Really like working with them.

Overally it's been a good experience to manage every information at one place rather than reaching out to the HR dept for minor changes/additional information.

Good overall experience. I would love to see them enhance the annual review portion.
