We are leveraging Retensa to deepen our understanding of what makes our company an amazing place to work and what we can do to continue to improve our employee experience. The simplicity of the product combined have yielded vast insights into a number of strategic objectives of our firm.

As an HR practitioner, I like the insights from the dashboard coupled with the report subscription capability, raw data reports, ability to understand the balance of reasons to stay vs. leave, and vast demographic filtering capabilities.

One challenge we run into is how best to update the organizational hierarchies after a reorg to enable trend analysis. We are working with the Retensa support team to improve our process which will enable business line reporting to be more accurate and dependable.
