  • Pros

  • The customer support is outstanding. Super impressed with their support staff.
  • The staff at Expr3ss are wonderfully helpful, always receive help the same day if not immediately.
  • Cons

  • No email notifications relating to progress/completion of reference checks. No mandatory job templates with auto-filled company screening questions.
  • Absolutely nothing - they are always developing it and adding new features, so even if you think something is missing, it's in the pipeline.

  • I found the software user friendly and I enjoyed the responsive design and easy to understand pricing system. I also liked the familiar Kanban board design.
  • I liked the ease of use, the interactivity, and the great features that it has, even in the free version.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes the emails get lost in spam or are hard to find so people can miss updates. I wish it has a desktop notifications.
  • Actually I do not have any complaints about the software, it has work greatly. Maybe the only problem would be that you need internet connection.
