  • Pros

  • We love EZScreen - the customer service is always great about responding promptly and with information that is useful. The tool itself is very user-friendly.
  • I love the simplicity of utilizing the product to process background checks. The option to complete the information myself or send a link to the prospective candidate is great.
  • I have enjoyed using EZ Screen for our background checks and drug screens. I have had a great partnership with EZ Screen and have recommended them to others in my line of work.
  • Cons

  • I understand that, that was human error) however, this was not caught until after the reports were sent to me.
  • Sometimes the reports are delayed but that's only because of the source.
  • Unfortunately, because of this we had to wait for the one application to be updated and background and DMV run again.

  • The whole system is just super easy to use, by all. Responses are often super quick due to the fact of ease of use.
  • Provides for greater accuracy and integrity of the reference check process. Excellent support and customer care from the XREF team.
  • Amazing, have been in constant contact with my reps, they are informative, friendly and helpful. This has saved me a lot of time, especially since we have been busy.
  • Cons

  • Maybe there should be a database of candidates that have previously provided fraudulent references.
  • I do not mind this as I read through all of the comments anyway, however companies that simply use the score only may have some misleading information.
  • The concern we had was that we may miss out on leads being generated from the old style reference check.
