It is not always the most user friendly software.

This tool has made my GPG processing much easier and quicker. I've used it before and knew I could rely on the output to assist me in my processing. It's also prompted me to think about analysis I wouldn't normally have considered.

Personally I have only been using the software for a number of months but I have found the software really user friendly for someone new.

At the moment, I am still getting to grips with what the software can do but so far so good. Any new releases/updates are clearly defined in newsletters and I have found the interactive user groups particularly helpful in getting to grips with anything new.
