I've been very happy with Fetcher for the past 3 years. We can rely on finding several viable candidates who interview and lead to offers per search.

Pros:

Fetcher's support team is very responsive to questions and issues. The regular check-ins with customer success keeps everything smooth.

Cons:

Fetcher can improve on detecting when a candidate has already responded. Sometimes the candidate will get confused by the follow-up emails when they already responded to the first email.

Sometimes, they send you have a great prospect, but the education or credential is missing.

Fetcher is easy to navigate, simple effective platform that allows you to get sourced candidates that meet criteria that you select. The automated out reach templates are customizable allowing you to specifically ask candidates about their interest in the open position. It is my go to tool to find high quality candidates.

email responses sometimes go to junk making it diffcult to keep track of replies

Pros:

Fetcher has embedded itself into our ATS and other tools without creating disjointed processes as a consequence. It also means that the data moves seamlessly between the platforms in order to lessen the chances of repetition and errors.

Cons:

An important deficiency lies in the fact that it is possible to create only strictly defined email templates. This is especially prevent the use of specific messages by role or persona thus hindering candidate targeting and personalization of the message.

Our CSM at Fetcher, [sensitive content hidden] has made our experience. I look forward to every check-in call with her. She's not only knowledgeable but super responsive. Fetcher takes the headache out of sourcing candidates for positions. Their team expertly pulls qualified candidates for searches. They integrate with our ATS and LinkedIn super well. Not to mention, they have great email templates for campaigns. I was amazed by the amount of responses we got from candidates with the outreach they had crafted!

Cons:

Really, this system is so user-friendly. I wish we had found it earlier!
