I have used other similar software, and just found it clunky. the ease of use is great and have no plans on looking elsewhere. Also makes scheduling annual leave easy a long way into the future. Online help is usually quick too. For the cost of the software, its very good, as the pros massively out-way the cons of financial output. I personally have had no issues with security when using the system. Cons: Occasioanlly can throw cells information elsewhere and you dont see it untiul too late, but becomes something you learn to watch for. Could be more flexible with holiday hours for team members who work different shifts as I have hit limitations here. But just means some more manual input rather than not being able to use the system well.
