  • Pros

  • Product support is excellent. New features added regularly.
  • Reduces time management. The customer support is very rapid and resolves issues in a timely manner.
  • Cons

  • There are a lot of settings and I was a bit confused when I started about what they all meant.
  • Syncing the data can be challenging at times and does not always work. Everytime you do a new shit you need a new link.

  • Great for reconciling spreadsheets that are tracking the years of customer service against commission percentage changes. Customer service is great at responding and getting issues resolved quickly.
  • I love how it will communicate with QuickBooks and other software that is similar. I like that I can track sales and bonuses for the team.
  • Cons

  • No standard manual, if there is a problem have to contact customer service.
  • When there is an error in importing, finding the problem that created it. It is usually a manual error on our part entering the numbers and splits in QuickBooks.
