Overall the software is  fabulous and put simply it just works. During the pandemic we test it quickly and deployed it with a lot of staff furloughed.

Product support is excellent. New features added regularly.

Reduces time management. The customer support is very rapid and resolves issues in a timely manner.

What I like is the live chat support you provided. Rapid response and efficient problem solving advice.

There are a lot of settings and I was a bit confused when I started about what they all meant.

Very cost effective and covers all our leave and sick leave easily and transparantly.

Syncing the data can be challenging at times and does not always work. Everytime you do a new shit you need a new link.

I love how easy this program is to use, it is cost effective for the business. The team love how simply it is to read and that they get notifications of changes so everyone is aware of this.

The limitation of the software in terms of access and and permission is confusing.

The main problem is when staff put in there hours. If they put in 9  - 5 with an extra gap or any other minor error it will not feed through onto the summary.

The only issue we had with the app was that some employees got signed out when they went into their app on their phone. Not sure if this was a phone version problem or not.

Very easy to use and fantastic for communicating with staff for shifts.

It provides the perfect platform for organising all of our staff and easy to make changes.

My staff appreciate having their schedules accessible at their fingertips, and they are notified if any changes are made to existing schedules. That way, we are confidant they are always up to date.

The scheduling software is outstanding. The ability to match clients against staff members with ease and the ability to colour code makes scheduling simple.

It's also bothersome that you can't make requests on the phone app and you must log into the website.

I could see hours and costs on my previous roster platform, and hide them from the printed version. I can't do that with findmyshift, at least not to my knowledge.

Ease of use, the look is great and to add other users is easy.

The system is easy to use, everybody can just login in where ever they are. And great value for money.

Simple to set up, looks good, great integration with iCAL.

The customer service is amazing and it is really easy to use. Overall amazing experience.

Ease of use for managers and staff,  simple, quick,  accurate enough to save money with processing wages,  works with integrated time clock,  excellent reporting and communications.

The ability to easily amend to bespoke with the help of the support team, adding extra functionaility. The ease of being able to see all the planning required up to 20 weeks.

System is so easy to set up - integrates with Xero.

Good - it would be great to integrate with other systems - not sure this is possible.

I love using this software and will plan to do so for the future.

Lack of some features such as averaging annual leave over last 12 weeks etc. Lack of integration with other products such as payroll.

Easy to Use, and can tailor make to specification. Good reports and downloads.

The price is very fair for the features it provides.

Makes making three stores schedules easy and affordable. Helps with the, always  challenging task of directly communicating with our team members.

I have used find my shift for many years now, I love the ease of it and how the staff can access it on their phones.

The easiness in filling process and the integration with APP.

From set up to go live its really easy and quick. Very user friendly, also good for non computer user its easy to set up.

Like the ability to see multiple weeks alongside each other.

This software is incredibly easy to use and my favourite function is the ability to delegate facility areas so we can clearly see which departments the staff are working in.

It's nice and flexible and a good value for what it costs. That said it is based on an outdated model of a hierarchical structure.

You can continuously make notes and track progress. I also love the ability to customize the software however you like as well.

Personally, I love Trakstar considering my several involvement as the lead HR Manager responsible for PMS.

The employees complain about performance management; but not about trakstar. I always separate the two.

The Customer Service experience is the best. They are very responsive by both phone and email.

The only complaint I have had is that we have a handful of employees who either don't have access to a computer or are terrified of computers.

Great reporting capabilities. It also has an enhancement to build on the appraisal of past performance and develop a plan for growth and improvement during the next year.
