Who it is for. Organisations running ten to several hundred projects at once - IT and digital departments, industrial and engineering teams, consultancies billing client work, public bodies and defence contractors - where projects, people and money are tracked today in three different places. What it changes. The schedule, the resource capacity and the budget sit in the same tool, so the monthly consolidation stops being a manual exercise. Predictive projects (Gantt, dependencies, milestones, baselines) and agile work (Kanban boards, Scrum sprints, stories and bugs) live in the same portfolio. A portfolio carries its own resource pool: you read each person's capacity against their real workload across every project, and scenario mode measures what adding, removing or shifting a project would do to your teams before you commit to it. Budgets track cost, revenue and margin with planned, actual, forecast and gap side by side, consolidated at portfolio level and queryable from Power BI, Tableau or... Qlik. The AI is a colleague, not a chatbot. Ask in plain language and it builds a work breakdown, checks availability before assigning people, shifts a schedule while preserving dependencies, answers questions on live project data, and returns the steering committee deck as a formatted PowerPoint or Excel. It can never do anything the person asking could not do themselves, and administrators decide category by category what it is allowed to touch. Where it runs.
