Best way to review companies and current job openings
Glassdoor is good and I am satisfied with it, but I do hope that issue with jobs which are sent to me via email, will be addressed in near future, as that one of the very important features of every job search.
PROSGlassdoor provides innovative way for employees to search for future job openings, by reviewing both the company and available jobs. This is really useful when I am looking for new position, as I can check reviews from other people who worked before there and what are the pros and cons of the specific job, so I can prepare myself accordingly and show the best of me.
CONSIt is really great that we are getting email updates from the Glassdoor for specific job criteria, but unfortunately for some reason I keep getting job posts which are either away from my city ( or they are listed in my feed because I have chosen Remote Positions, but they don't have such ) and\or don't fall under my Salary expectation.
Reasons for switching to Glassdoor
I made a switch, because Indeed didn't provide me with reviews about the Company and experience of the ex-workers of certain Company.

Glassdoor in job search journey
the most I liked about this software is that you can check up the average salaries for such a job, I kinda use it as an indicator of whether I'm getting scammed with job offers or not because its based on real people reporting which I love
CONSthe way that you apply to jobs & filling everything always is annoying, they should be more like Indeed with their prefilled from your profile

Found accurate information about an organization
there should be a feature to identify the facts when one is posting about a company.
PROSWe get to know a lot about the organization from which we are getting resources or the organization we are joining to.
CONSSometime the information will be false and we unnecessarily end up judging a company.

Look Into the Glassdoor to Know What You're Getting Into
Overall my experience with Glassdoor has been a good one. This software is really easy to use and anyone can quickly learn how to get the most out of it.
PROSI really enjoy the anonymity of sharing information about companies. You're also not required to have an account to find the information you're looking for.
CONSThere's very little to say here except that maybe the application process isn't as intuitive as it could be.
Reasons for switching to Glassdoor
LinkedIn did not provide specifics about company cultures (mostly because there is no anonymity so people feel they must limit what can be said.)

It is very user-friendly, and we can get employee reviews for the company. We can apply for the jobs in which company we want. We can get the salary details for the position in the exact location. It helps to know about the company and employee there
CONSSometimes Glassdoor is not working correctly, and the signup process is long and complicated. We have to signup then only we can use the glassdoor

As a job seeker, this software has been my lifeline!
Love it!! The company information that they provide has been the deciding factor several times when I am considering job offers.
PROSI have used Glassdoor more times than I can count. This is my first stop when I am considering applying to a new job. The review feature is a brilliant concept. I love being able to see what a company offers (benefits, work life balance, culture) before I invest time applying to the company. Their job application feature has increased in quality over the years as well.
CONSMy only major complaint at this point is the app that they have released. For some reason, when you are searching for a job on the app, you are not able to look up the benefits of the company. You can only access this information on the website version of the software. One of the main reasons I use Glassdoor is to check company benefits (401k, insurance, PTO, etc.), so not being able to see this on the app seems a bit counterintuitive.

Glassdoor - A place to learn about companies and jobs!
Glassdoor has been crucial to finding quality candidates for open roles and helping showcase the employer brand to highlight culture, benefits, sentiment, etc. It is a great platform to not only help job seekers but companies looking for the right fit as well!
PROSGlassdoor's UI is extremely easy to use and has an appealing look and feel to navigation. Making changes to your profile, adding resume and job history information, creating email notifications - these are features that are very important to job seekers and make finding a company to work for a joy to find.
CONSSometimes it is hard to search for specific companies due to their elastic search function, but overall it's an easy work around.

One of the best tools for searching for employment
For the most part, Glassdoor is great. There are so many listings and companies to choose from.
PROSI love how easy it is to browse jobs & search for particular jobs in any are of the U.S. I find many pertinent listings. This is definitely one of my favorite job search applications.
CONSThe only con is that Glassdoor sometimes emails me jobs that are not what I'm looking for. I just sift through to find the ones that interest me.

Not worth while for job postings
Very easy to use, but applicant pool is not large enough compared to its competitors.
PROSI liked how easy it was to post jobs and manage jobs on Glassdoor. It functions very similarly to Indeed with how the job postings and candidates are managed so it is very easy to use. There is also a lower price point per candidate than what we see on Indeed.
CONSApplicants aren't using Glassdoor as much as Indeed, except for people looking for higher positions so we found it challenging to get entry level positions filled on Glassdoor.

Best website for an individual to anonymously review any company he/she worked on
Overall I could see that there is a monopoly of Glassdoor when reviewing a company anonymously. Hence, this platform is recommended by everyone who works in any organization to get the inside news and take appropriate future decisions.
PROS1. This tool enables the public to know the inside view of the company which he has applied for or going to join soon. 2. Revealing review to the public is a great way to identify if the company is functioning in an employee-friendly way.
CONSWhistleblowing can sometimes lead to consequences if the person has not anonymously reviewed his company which may impact his hard time if the person is the employer of the same company.

Know the Employees Experience
I get to have a peak on how does the company impact its employee through glassdoor, you can see how satisfied they are when it comes to flexibility of working hours, salary and compensation, allowance and incentive, including employees recommendation if it's worth it to apply to a certain job. The things that we need to know that aren't shown on the job postings of HRs are posted in Glassdoor. So before you apply glassdoor should be a good platform to use.
PROSI like that it has a fair feature where you can see the salary of specific jobs from specific companies. It gives you the idea of how much can they offer and if it's worth it to apply on a job.
CONSI think they should market the Glassdoor more to reach out for more users so that the resources and information found on the software would grow as well, because it's not complete at all, but I cannot blame them because all the views and opinions stated on Glassdoor are purely from real employers and that's what important for me.

PROSHow easy it was to get started . And I like how you have different options weather your searching for a job or posting a job.
CONSThe only thing I dislike about the software is that when you create a account and start posting jobs or if your searching jobs you start getting a lot of spam phone calls . But other than that I love the software it’s great.

Glassdoor is THE gold standard for employees reviews. Great places to find new candidates/jobs.
Overall great exeperience. Ultimate company reviewing spot and great place to find a job!
PROSGlassdoor is the the #1 stop for company reviews. This is an excellent place to find reviews from employees and get honest feedback on benefits, interviews, and upper management. Also a great place to post or find jobs- reaches a wide audience.
CONSThe reviews must be taken with a grain of salt because many companies end up encouraging their employees write Glassdoor reviews for them.
