Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Ease of scheduling for the staff. Ease of communication for the hourly staff.

  • Easy interface, easy to set up, great customer service

  • Cons

  • Software is great however it is a little pricey for what it does. Dont get me wrong its great but just a hair high

  • The techs sometimes don't know how to resolves issues

  • Pros

  • This makes it easy to give meaningful shoutouts to coworkers/team members who go above and beyond. Everyone is encouraged to participate, not just managers.

  • It's very easy to go in and give recognition to coworkers that go above and beyond.

  • Cons

  • Being given the option to redeem points and not being able to due to the company not setting that part up yet

  • The biggest con for me currently is the lack of a mobile app. The website isn't very mobile friendly as of yet.
