Pros
- G-suite support was outstanding, I was able to create my domain and website seamlessly, customer service is supportive and available to guide you through every step.
- So easy to use and pleasing to the eye. I like it so much more than Outlook and love the cross functionality and collaboration abilities.
Cons
- Terrible layouts, and awful (dangerously poor) support. Hard to access support and when you do they do more harm than good-do not trust that they know what they are doing.
- The biggest issue I have with GSuite is it's terribly confusing to figure out how to log in if you have multiple Gmail accounts.
Pros
- I am often blown away with how Justworks follows up with tools for me to use and to make sure I had my questions resolved. I also appreciate that I can take care of my team all in one place.
- They are constantly evolving and rolling out more benefits to their customers. In addition, their customer support is some of the best I've experienced.
Cons
- I don't think there are any features missing from Justworks.
- The Help and Support are useless, they direct me to unrelated articles. I get too many emails - it is hard to determine when I need to act or when it is spam in disguise.
