G-suite support was outstanding, I was able to create my domain and website seamlessly, customer service is supportive and available to guide you through every step.

I love have the G Suite since my domain name is my business name which makes it more professional and official. It's a good email platform and I'm happy with it.

Terrible layouts, and awful (dangerously poor) support. Hard to access support and when you do they do more harm than good-do not trust that they know what they are doing.

Great! i love the functionality. Not only is this software useful for business operation but for personal use as well.

I LOVE that I can access my files and edit them almost seamlessly on any device that I have Google drive downloaded on. Not having to lug around my work laptop just to access my files is so nice.

Like most of Google's offerings,  Google Workspace is pretty easy to use. Particularly if you have any experience with GMail, you will LOVE this product.

The biggest issue I have with GSuite is it's terribly confusing to figure out how to log in if you have multiple Gmail accounts.

Google drive makes it really easy to store, organize and sift through all types of content. Google Meet is one of the best video-conferencing solutions out there - very fast to set up, good quality.

The ease of use and seamless integration across products is incredibly useful and definitely makes this one of my favourite softwares to use.

Great platform and we have had a great experience. The staff finds it easy to and user-friendly and we can access it remotely from amywhere.

The time clock still has to stay connected to one computer to work and when that disconnects everything gets messed up. I am not sure this is a software problem though.

I used the Lathem Timeclock system before but absolutely love the Payclock Online version even more.

I like the self correcting ability when employees have an extra punch in/out. Delete the incorrect punch and it auto populates adjusted time.

The service is great reliable and easy to use. Payroll takes less time than prior system.

This software is easy to use and has much more capability than we are utilizing now, but I am confident that the functionality will be there when we need it.

PayClock is very reliable and has excellent customer service when needed. Easily converts reports to PDF for printing and saving to the PC.

The non touch feature was the one that stands out to be great.

In the last 2 weeks alone it has been down twice. When the software is down you are unable to perform any functions.

The facescan clocks go offline now and then, the polling of the info.

It's super quick to do from anywhere with the app on my phone and takes seconds. Employee times are more accurate.

I've been very pleased with our PayClock Online. It's accurate, easy to use, and comes with great customer service.

It is very easy to use and the ability to enter time off balances and convert time to overtime is nice. I wish it had a few more features, but overall it is worth the money.

The past 2 payroll periods have been in jeopardy of being delayed because Payclock Online was down, and their website crashed.

Fantastic program, and syncs perfectly with our Quickbooks Program.

Many different types of reports you can use to keep track of benefits, time off, tardiness. Staff likes the print out of their hours.

I love the customer service. Every time I call they are very helpful and help me find a solution to all my problems.

Customer service is always available, courteous and very helpful with my request and needs. Nice to have USA based help line.

The Quickbooks integration can be difficult if  you have multiple Quickbooks companies.

I would recommend this product from a features standpoint, but the cost/benefit analysis will vary depending on your needs and budget.

I like the fact that it is user friendly and provides accurate customizable reporting needed to process payroll and to track work hours.

Reports are very functional and date range selection is nice. The ability to change departments on the fly is much more convenient than other software I have used.

I usually have to call Lathem when I have made changes and there is an error. I wish it had a way of catching errors and pointing to it.

I LIKE THE ABILITY THAT IT HAS TO TRACK DATA AND EMPLOYEES.

This is more than a punch clock it is a system. I think that is the most important thing when considering the overall cost.

It would be nice if you could click and drag times into different spots, if for example someone thought they clocked in, but either it failed to register, or they forgot altogether.

Support has been patient and responsive when used.
