Pros
- G-suite support was outstanding, I was able to create my domain and website seamlessly, customer service is supportive and available to guide you through every step.
- So easy to use and pleasing to the eye. I like it so much more than Outlook and love the cross functionality and collaboration abilities.
Cons
- Terrible layouts, and awful (dangerously poor) support. Hard to access support and when you do they do more harm than good-do not trust that they know what they are doing.
- The biggest issue I have with GSuite is it's terribly confusing to figure out how to log in if you have multiple Gmail accounts.
Pros
- The integration of the data and easy steps Access have to great staff who are always there to help.
- MicrOpay Meridian is a very simple and easy system to use. It has a lot of functionality but the save grid option makes data manipulation in Excel so easy.
Cons
- Once the initial product was setup we found it difficult to lower users and database costs when required.
- Long service leave calculations are not done accurately by Micropay which involves a lot of manual work by payroll team. That it is not a date based system and we cannot make retrospective changes.
