Pros
- G-suite support was outstanding, I was able to create my domain and website seamlessly, customer service is supportive and available to guide you through every step.
- So easy to use and pleasing to the eye. I like it so much more than Outlook and love the cross functionality and collaboration abilities.
Cons
- Terrible layouts, and awful (dangerously poor) support. Hard to access support and when you do they do more harm than good-do not trust that they know what they are doing.
- The biggest issue I have with GSuite is it's terribly confusing to figure out how to log in if you have multiple Gmail accounts.
Pros
- My employees love the notifications they get in the app about when they are scheduled.
- The app is very responsive and has a clean, easy to use interface. When filling in my weekly timesheet, I am able to look back at all of the hours I have worked and use that as a reference.
Cons
- The UX could be better : some of the features are difficult to find and the UI is a bit dull compared to other platforms in the same category.
- There is no way no monitor these messages. Unless a screen shot was taken there is no proof, because if the either of the user deletes the message it is gone.
