Pros
- G-suite support was outstanding, I was able to create my domain and website seamlessly, customer service is supportive and available to guide you through every step.
- So easy to use and pleasing to the eye. I like it so much more than Outlook and love the cross functionality and collaboration abilities.
Cons
- Terrible layouts, and awful (dangerously poor) support. Hard to access support and when you do they do more harm than good-do not trust that they know what they are doing.
- The biggest issue I have with GSuite is it's terribly confusing to figure out how to log in if you have multiple Gmail accounts.
Pros
- Every time I need help with something, they are very helpful and quick to respond. They have excellent customer service.
- On those few occasions I had a question, SurePayroll was easy to contact and quickly resolved my questions. I've used both telephone support and live chat, and both were great.
Cons
- I have been unable to get this issue corrected. The support emails go to this black hole with no tracking, as there is no Inbox built into the portal.
- I get charged for last minute payroll when i forget to dot it by the deadline.
