G-suite support was outstanding, I was able to create my domain and website seamlessly, customer service is supportive and available to guide you through every step.

I love have the G Suite since my domain name is my business name which makes it more professional and official. It's a good email platform and I'm happy with it.

Terrible layouts, and awful (dangerously poor) support. Hard to access support and when you do they do more harm than good-do not trust that they know what they are doing.

We found that TestDome significantly improves our hiring process and the quality of candidates that we do hire.

You get message of an answer is correct but it's wrong because of their test cases. When support was asked, they stated they don't use 'test cases' but their own screens state otherwise.

Then a candidate accidentally made a typo when writing his address, he couldn't access the confirmation email and we lots the test credit, there was no recovery mechanism.

Very few configuration options to customize notifications. Lack of department structure in user management.

Good tracking of candidate status and good quality questions are available. There are even options to produce your own questions, should you require some more specialised testing.

No Greenhouse integration yet. Email from TestDome, telling me a candidate finished a test doesn't arrived immediately.

The setup now of having to go into the results of each test and then print to PDF are is not efficient. Also, the pricing isn't as accurate as it should be.
