Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It provides you with much more than is usually required. I especially like the interface a lot. Very intuitive and easy to use.

  • Easy to use and navigate around. Intuitive customizations and setup for new jobs and virtually anything else recruiting related

  • Cons

  • customer service is good just slow, but they do have a good online help price is mid to high for small companies

  • Set up is a bit tricky, not really possible without customer success. Otherwise, Greenhouse is a great product.

  • Pros

  • The product is easy to use; it offers online training and Q & As. The data is valuable to the hotel operations and easy to pull. The canned reports are invaluable!

  • The software is very user friendly. It is easy to navigate from page to page. It has 'real time' punches. There is no need to 'wait' or having to manually capture time punches.

  • Cons

  • I would like the option of integrating GROW into the software. That would be my only point of improvement.

  • Not as intuitive as I would like it to be but once you learn it it's easy!
