Pros/Cons
Pros
- I like the ability to see the progress of hiring across disciplines and teams. Greenhouse also outlines each step of an interviewee's journey which I find very helpful.
- It is easy to use, customer service is always there to help you no matter how many times you ask the same thing, they have a great implementation program that helps you set everything up.
- We evaluated all big names but at the end Greenhouse could convince with the best functionality, usability and service. It offers the best price-performance ratio.
Cons
- The rep we dealt with was incredibly short and rude after the fact and even sent us to collections. We would never have signed up for this horrible companies service if our billing was annually paid.
- Unable to customize Applicant Tracking System. Text font and size limitation is found while uploading word document.
- The lack of the ability to customize the review report is frustrating at times.
Pros
- I was thrilled with the ease of use. I spent more time filling out this review than I did enrolling in the benefits.
- Rippling makes dealing with employee management easy and fun. I very much enjoyed the streamlined nature of the product and how easy it is to understand.
- It is very easy to use and the features and tools it offers are superb and easily understood by the user. It is a Great product at a very decent price.
Cons
- This has ended up being about a $1200 mistake. I asked them to reimburse me the money themselves due to their error, but they told me to pound sand.
- Everything must be managed via third party apps, which add to the price. Autoapprove fails for all employees if even one person, such as a new hire, is missing any information in their profile.
- Probably more of our problem, but the birthdays are not up to date.
