Gusto makes getting gift cards fun!
My overall experience has been wonderful. I love getting Guusto gift cards and I love using them.
PROSGusto customer service is top notch. Very quick and helpful. I really like having lots of options to use my gift card with. Also, I like being able to hold the gift card on my account until I'm ready to choose where I want to use.
CONSWhat do you dislike about Gusto?Sometimes it's a bit tricky to get logged into your account but after some practice it gets quite easy. Customer service was great support and sent me info on how to log in .

Customer service saves the day :)
I did have a problem and had to use my credit card to complete my purchase, it was the merchant who was having the issue and frustration I faced was calming and professionaly handeled by gusto as we investageted and figured out the issue. Once we did I went back to the merchant they refunded my purchase to my credit card(another experience that I would rather forget) it was even worse than the purchase, I would suggest that all the issues were with the merchant, all the way. Once refunded I worked with a manager at the store and was able to get my purchase refunded and paid in full by the gusto gift card. It was a pleasure to deal with the gusto team. The merchant not so much. I want to add a follow up to this as I went to a different merchant and everything just worked as you would expect.
CONSI did not have instructions/knowledge to deal what was happening. I am not certain how I would have known without having to have just experieced it, perhaps some youtubes to watch about using the app and how the process would have better prepared me for the step's needed.
