Pros
- Ease of use, cost, ease of deployment and a complete history of who got what and when. It's also been useful to see when people claim their rewards.
- The freedom to choose where your dollars go is a fantastic perk, ensuring the recipient gets a gift they'll truly be happy with.
- It is very user friendly and allows employees to navigate the website with ease, passion, confidence and positivity.
Cons
- So that could be a downside. No thought goes into it.).
- This is understandable to curb potential fraud.
- I don't think that I actually disliked something about this software.
Pros
- So far its been a great experience. I like the idea that we now have the ability to give shout outs to employees that are really shinning.
- Nectar HR is a great, easy to use, platform that allows our team to recognize other individuals within our organization for outstanding service and performance.
- Nectar builds enthusiasm, confidence and boosts the moral in the office. I appreciate the positive reinforcement of praise given and received.
Cons
- I was confused and it took me a minute of scrolling through the perks to realize that I was in the wrong place.
- Some people wait until the end of the month to use their points and lost them on the first month.
- I have not used it long enough to have this feedback. So far, there is nothing about the system that I have found I have disliked.
