Configuration (like grouping people into teams) is also straightfoward. Cons: It took me a bit to accept the fixed list of questions; some do not make a lot of sense in our context and I had to explain that these particular questions can/should be skipped. But I do value that the list of questions is vetted by work psychologists and their wording is very deliberate.
