Customer service, setting configuration, reporting, etc. is below par compared to other HR systems. However they are a necessity to use if you are subject to NY Fair Workweek regulations. The Harri Workforce Management looks good, it is easy to set up and easy to use, it just doesn't work as it should. Cons: Workforce Management has some major holes. For example, overtime is not tracked properly leaving employees under paid (unfixed bug in the system). Harri also doesn't store working patterns, making calculations such as holiday pay, sickness pay/deductions & bank holiday entitlement incorrect for part-time (salaried) employees.
