In the current labour market, candidates turn out to be more selective in their job search. Instead of blindly accepting any offer, candidates would like to consider all elements of a job before deciding. Harver allows to give the candidates a realistic preview of a job in the early stages of a selection process. Through the online experience, candidates will learn more about the position and the company culture, and in parallel will be completing their assessments. In return, employers will receive assessment data from various tests about the candidates which allows them to make the right hiring decision. We're provided with accurate data about the person and his character instead of just a resumé to select candidates. It's a great way to automate the CV selection process, while reducing time spent. We were also very happy by their strong onboarding process. Within a few weeks we had professionally produced movies explaining our work environment. #### Cons It creates a hurdle for people to apply. The data profiles are extensive but for a quick candidate scan, the matching score is sufficient as well. Overall, really happy with the platform. Most candidates that were brought in for interviews were solid quality. The tool is fully automated and easy to set up. Support and implementation teams are super nice. #### Cons The mobile app hasn't been rolled out yet. The tool could also use some UI improvements. Was a bit pricey at the beginning especial at our low hiring volume.
