HireOrbit is Human Resources software for businesses of all sizes. With this system a company can manage job candidates by keeping track of interview schedules and setting automated reminders.

Users can hire and onboard candidates, accept applications, create job openings, and recruit new team members within the HireOrbit platform.

The system’s applications also include applicant tracking and applicant sourcing along with pre-recorded screening interview options and a skills validation functionality. The software will connect directly with a users email and calendar so that all members of the hiring team can be on the same page.

HireOrbit is deployed on the web so it is accessible from anywhere at anytime. The system is Mac and Windows compatible and works on tablets such as iPads.

Really helped us find a new software developer

The technical interview portion of this software is by far my favorite part. We use HireOrbit for all our applicant tracking and absolutely love the ability to give technical applicants an early interview. The automatic test case grader makes screening applicants a breeze and the code replay lets us watch a candidates thought process as they work through the problem.

Efficiently assess and hire- extremely simple to use

We signed up directly for access and haven't really needed much aid at all from the support team simply cause the ease of use is ridiculously simple. The tool also looks great and is quite responsive. I do need some assistance from the team in setting up assessments but other than that we've been very pleased.

Pros

The time it takes to make a hiring decision has been sped up tremendously with hiring our 5th and 6th team members and interns as opposed to the slower cycle for hiring the 3rd and 4th members of the team. We were using a manual ats for organizational purposes but actually being able to drill down on skills through assessments/quizzes/videos offers far more candidate visibility.

Cons

The task manager feature is still being developed by the team at HireOrbit. It is a bit disappointing that we cannot utilize this feature yet. It doesn't hurt us too much because we are still operating at a small scale but it might cause a little disruption to a larger firm looking for a tool. Once it is fixed though, it will be a game changer.
