The test is cost-effective, easy to administer and easy to take for each candidate. Most candidates appreciate that we share their results with them. We rarely share the results with our clients, but we do use the strong descriptors to differentiate similar candidates. For example, "all three candidates have the talent, skill, knowledge and experience to do the job; Peter is the most extroverted, Paul is the most organized, and Mary is the most adaptable."
