100% recommended for high volume hiring
Saved a lot of time avoiding scheduling and making many calls just to screen job condidates in the hiring process. It takes no tiem to set it up and if you have another ATS you can just try this for one job, which is not true of other ATS tools.
PROSOur company is always looking for remote working tools that will improve productivity and save my team time. We have found HireBeat as our ideal solution for recruitment processes, it is very easy to use and allows me to manage and screen job applicants more efficiently.

Great for small and mid size companies but lacks some enterprise level features
Having a single source of truth for the hiring process is so important. HireBeat makes easy to manage pipeline stages, and overall candidate management flow. The system also allows for team collaboration. I can manage candidates while some of my hiring managers can have their communications and feedback at the same time.
PROSThe general look and feel of HireBeat is excellent from a talent acquisition user perspective. We no longer need to email the resumes, opinions and job openings available for application; We have the ability to manage multiple job openings with one person.
CONSI think there is room for improvement in integrating our video conferencing tools and a few customization options that I believe are in the pipeline for future releases.

HireBeat software is easy and affordable. While there are features you may want them to add, it's pretty new and they are very responsive to suggestions.

Best HR SaaS Investment! Fantastic solution!!
Easy to use and great value for the money. I've used many different ATS before, and more often than not, it is clear that developers never actually spoke with someone who recruits on a day to day. HireBeat seems to have actually consulted recruiters and hiring managers, and built the system around us!
PROSI like that I can manage our recruitment processes in a very structured way. It is easy to manage the resources allocated to every recruitment process.
CONSI've not encountered anything that I would consider as a negative. it does the job and meets our needs. Maybe connect with our calndars for easier scheduling?

PROSIt is the easiest and simplified ATS with lots of integration options and flexibility for pricing.

Plug and play ATS with reasonable pricing plans
HireBeat is easy to get started on quickly and has immense ROI in the recruiting process as soon as it's implemented. All the other tools we've tried looked great but were too complicated and took more work to use instead of helping save time.
PROSHow easy it is to use and how simple the process is for hiring managers. I also appreciate that they really listen to their users. Frequent updates and improvements.
CONSThey have AI evaluation over resume and candidate's profile, but we would love to see AI integrated into the one-way video interview system

Just-right platform for our startup needs
HireBeat is so user friendly! The tools are laid out in a clean process. Super easy to train others to use. We set it up in a few minutes.
PROSI like HireBeat's pricing model a a lot, we can choose between monthly plan and pay as you go plan based on our hiring needs for the period. Very flexable and affordable.
CONSWe use zoom to conduct live interviews and would like to see that integrated into HireBeat. Also, needs a mobile app - right now it's only web.
