Hirebridge Corporate HR is a cloud-based applicant tracking solution (ATS) that caters to large businesses across various industry verticals and helps them to manage their recruitment process and relates activities. It allows recruiters to create and post job listings directly from within the solution to their company’s corporate careers page as well as other online job boards.

Key features include a branded career center, candidate profile self-management, ActiveGrid technology, pre-screening questionnaires and more. The solution also allows users to create reusable job requisition and email templates. It features user-level access control, which allows the administrators to grant various degrees of access to staff members, giving them control of tasks performed throughout the solution.

Hirebridge enables users to generate custom reports based on specific metrics and includes various analysis applications. It supports integration with different assessment testing, background screening, onboarding and job posting system such as Outmatch, TazWorks, Equifax, Monster and more.

Support is offered via phone and an online ticket portal.

Great basic ATS for the price. Very easy to implement and use.

Great value for a small business or non-profit!

Pros

Ease of use. Quick to set up. Customer service is spot on. Integrates seamlessly with our web site. You control if pushing postings to other vendors like Indeed (at no additional cost).

Cons

Limited reporting capabilities and a bit difficult to extract data. With a basic system, I didn't expect a lot here.

Good product for large companies.

Overall it was good for our needs but I would like a little more ease of use and intuition.

Pros

- Easy to work candidates through the system
- Easy to keep candidates up to date so they don't fall through the cracks
- Great reporting

Cons

- Managers can't sign in to view applicants
- Doesn't have an integration with calendars ( at least it didn't when I used it)
- It takes a lot of clicks to move in and out of profiles

Easy to use, not a lot of frills

Pros

I wasn't an admin user but I found the software to be easy to navigate. Scheduling interviews is a breeze and submitting requests is a snap.

Cons

Since I'm not an admin, I don't have access to certain things but it gives me the appearance i do, then it errors out. I'm not sure if it's a settings thing or a software thing. For example, when looking at current candidates that's for recruiter eyes only, I can see the list but when i click, it errors. Frustrating for me.

Basic platform to store applicants, not much else though.

Overall Hirebridge was fine, but if you're looking to advance your recruiting efforts, it may not be the best option, even for a small organization.

Pros

Simple, new dashboard appears much more user friendly. Low cost.Gets the job done if all you need is a platform to house applicants.

Cons

Does not offer capabilities that other platforms do, very manual and out-dated. Low cost, but you get what you pay for.

Straightforward product and good value for the price

Pros

Cons

Some functionality isn't there in terms of ease of searching for particular characteristics and integrating information about a candidate.

I have had a decent experience with HireBridge.

Pros

Great customers service with our contact, and the product is simple.

Cons

When adding candidates their notes are not all together but in all different requisition locations which wastes a lot of time going back and forth to each requsition on the notes
