It found some good candidates, and really made my process easy to find new talent. It was easy to use and the customer service were helpful.

Some of the flows are clunky. Also, the notifications about a candidate being interviewed with other companies are annoying and redundant.

Hired is a very nice platform to get recruited by the top recruiters of different companies. You can find programmers, analysists, engineers and managers for different roles of the companies.

I dislike the new update, I find it more difficult to search candidates not easier.

The title says it all, if you like to be organized then this is fantastic software. After using it for a long time I realized that I do NOT like to be organized.

Because the text was automatically all highlighted when clicking on the box, I have accidentally deleted texts from description boxes before and was unable to recover it.

What I like most about Trello is the ability to neatly lay out tasks and share those tasks with other users that have an interest in the progress or users that will also be working on the tasks.
