And with a 90%+ completion rate, it’s clear the experience works for candidates too - it’s not just efficient, it’s fair and straightforward. #### Cons My one real frustration? Setting up the BARS in Interview Intelligence takes forever. Like, the concept is great - I love that we're anchoring evaluator ratings to actual behaviors so we get consistency across the team.
