Right now I feel this test is a bit of a waste and does really absolutely nothing for me when there just isn't something more for me to base my decision on a stranger.

Also it is difficult when some of the jobs we have aren't in the list so we you have to select something that is closest to that.

Tech support has always been responsive when needed, but they did such a good job with setup and maintenance, I rarely need them.

Nothing comes to mind about features of the software that I don't like.

The software is easy to use and very powerful. We get detailed reports about job candidates to see if they're the right fit for the job.

I love how easy it is to administer these tests to candidates and quickly see the results sent to my inbox. Administratively, it was a breeze to set up and maintain.

The customer service with the company has been amazing. They are always willing to answer questions, reach out frequently to check on us, and if an issues arises, they are quick to work on a solution.

This is the worst software platform I have EVER used. Every day there are errors.

The social media login is separate from the onboarding and the Dropbox instructions I received for SEO were nearly incomprehensible. Words were missing and it was filled with incomplete sentences.

We are required to follow OFCCP regulations and the system cannot support that.

In the beginning, a lot of promises: A talent network to tap into, ease of use - post to multiple job boards, high volume traffic aggregator, full integration into systems.

I do have trouble with Customer Service at times - can be difficult to get a timely response.

Pages do not load, permissions for users are changed. It is a horrible software.

The Social Recruiting Site is 1st generation - there is no internal support and no upgrades have been made to the platform in 2+ years.

The ease of use from both the HR side and the applicant/employee side make this the best software all in one package.

Talent reef was a good tool for helping in hiring staff for zaxby's.it would save all applicants online for various mangers to view and hire.

It's nice to have online access to personnel files vs. keeping employee folders. Recruiting tools are nice.

Talentreef is great for integrations and support.

Great quality applicants and a great software for a good price.

Good for onboarding but leaves more to be desired.

Even attempting to cancel service was a hassle and drug out, which cost me needless monthly fees.
