Pros/Cons
Pros
- I love that I can search for a job title and it recommends test banks to use, which saves us time. It is intuitive to use, especially nice for hiring managers that aren't in it all the time.
- The objectives of making better talent decisions in organizational deliverables and their pre-employment assessment in candidates which are very helpful in administration platform.
- I love the price, I love the product, I love the information. My executive team also really enjoys this product which is a huge win.
Cons
- Also it is difficult when some of the jobs we have aren't in the list so we you have to select something that is closest to that.
- Right now I feel this test is a bit of a waste and does really absolutely nothing for me when there just isn't something more for me to base my decision on a stranger.
- We had some bumps with building our own assessment, however, no other vendor could do this for us with minimal production costs.
Pros
- It helps to distinguish the ok employees from the great employees. Aaron is also so helpful and responsive whenever I have a question about the product.
- I have the ability to reach out to the team who has always been a huge help in helping us understand areas where we need a little more explanation. Awesome Customer Service from the start.
- What I like most about The Hire Talent is the ease of use and the great assistance when it comes to setting up your account. It is a one-stop shop that produces great results.
Cons
- I always struggled to right person for my office position. The Hire Talent fix my problem.
- That its still don't solved all our problems we still have to find other platforms for the same type of portal.
- There's no magic "make all my decisions for me" button.
