The outreach sequencing is intuitive and includes a great feature for sending emails on behalf of hiring managers — which has helped us increase engagement while reducing their workload. It’s also very easy to use and train new team members on. #### Cons Campaign management could be more streamlined. Handling multiple sequences at once can feel clunky, and there’s currently no built-in A/B testing to optimize outreach messaging. Secondly the sourcing feature is nicely set up and easy to use, specifically because it does resume and job description parsing. #### Cons After using it for quite some time now on various sourcing tasks I can genuinely say that the AI Sourcing and automatic AI learning is not what we had hoped for.
