Great Company - Excellent support
It's been a great experience. The system is intuitive and easy to track applicants from the beginning of the process and all the way through. Our rep regularly checks in with us to see if he can answer any questions or help us optimize for our goals.
PROSWe appreciate the support that we receive. We get a lot of quality candidates and are paying less than when we were going direct through some of the big platforms. It's been a total win/win for our company.
CONSNo complaints. Sometimes the view of expired jobs is a little tricky to navigate, but that is a very mild con. The system is very straightforward and easy to use.
Reasons for switching to Hiring Steps
The costs for Indeed were out of control and they kept changing their pricing model every few months.

Hiring is easy and super effective with Hiring Steps
Overall the software is great, and the leadership within the company is outstanding. They are both consultative and practical when helping be bring on more talent to my team.
PROSAll candidates details are collected from all the job boards and organized in a the ways I like. Each potential employee moves from applied to various interview states, to final hire, which makes it super easy regardless of the source of their resume/application. Overall I don't see anything that compares to the ease of use and true agnostic nature of a hiring platform.
CONSNothing comes to mind because they don't have any issues in their software or online systems. For future enhancements maybe have more onboarding items, like training videos to be assigned to new-hires from the platform (which probably expands their business in other areas).

PROSThe one thing I don't have is time. Hiring Steps has really nice automation that lets me/us move candidates through the process very easily. I really appreciate that - it's intuitive enoght that the [sensitive content hidden] of the Company can use it.
