Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The simplicity in this app is FANTASTIC! Everything is right where I need it, and it's comfortable to use.

  • I loved the scheduling features, the app integration was fantastic-- the group messaging feature was also great, because it allowed for different teams to work collaboratively

  • Cons

  • it is continuously improving, though some features are not so clear.

  • It could offer more bells and whistles, but Homebase charges extra for options I would like.

  • I love all the available features. There is so much that can be done with this product.

  • I like that the product is all in one and that it is relatively easy for my employees to find the information they need.

  • Cons

  • I tried calling to get back into my account and nobody answered, on top of that their voicemail box was full so I couldn't even leave a message! Horrible

  • Everything!!! It took over a week for the system to even allow me to login. Took forever for customer service to even figure out why
