Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The simplicity in this app is FANTASTIC! Everything is right where I need it, and it's comfortable to use.

  • I loved the scheduling features, the app integration was fantastic-- the group messaging feature was also great, because it allowed for different teams to work collaboratively

  • Cons

  • it is continuously improving, though some features are not so clear.

  • It could offer more bells and whistles, but Homebase charges extra for options I would like.

  • Pros

  • Vale for money the excellent customer service. The features are morden and helpful and easy to use. It is easy to operate too.

  • It is the most prolific and advanced software once can use while being in a fast paced organisation, its easy to use and has lot of detailed information.

  • Cons

  • In prior versions there were some glitches here and there, but the support team has proved to be excellent as they managed to iron out all those little glitches in the most recent version.

  • Zoho People has some weird intricacies and quirks - employees have had issues with it checking them in twice. However, that's usually easy to fix.
