Clocking in and out is the main point and it's easy to do. I've never had any api call or server errors.

I cannot rave enough on that. I always get a response almost immediately and that in itself makes this an awesome product.

Overall positive, definitely like the fact I can clock in and out from my phone.

I love using the app and would recommend to other companies.

I feel that this has eased a burden on my employer for helping track time. I know that it is frustrating and time consuming on the bosses when an employees forgets to clock in.

It is difficult to make changes to  a person's hours if they forgot to sign off.

This is a great way to communicate in house with only certain people seeing it and acknowledging they Baden it.

The price, service, and actual product it great. Reports are neat and much easier to use than our last company we were using.

Once we implemented Honeybee, it went SO much more smoothly. And the integration with QuickBooks is an added bonus.

My major complaint is that it does not load and send data fast enough. For example, if you go to log out it takes a few seconds to confirm you actually logged out.

There is a lag time between the time you request a timesheet and when it is sent to you. You can only send the accounting reports to the admin.

It is very affordable  and the customer support is very responsive.

I like the mobile app and the ability to use it anywhere not just at your computer.

For day to day use, the platform is fine. HoneybeeBase meets our current needs and we've been happy with the customer support and overall price point.

There are constant problems with the functionality of the software.

It is straightforward and user friendly. The interaction of sending messages through the portal is nice, too.

But giving each person the capability to clock in and out with notes on their application has been a blessing. The customer service is always right there on the Chat, no waiting.

It's inability track where the hours were worked is a problem, though I understand it has been upgraded to have that ability. I have yet to set that up.

I like that I can keep track of my employees and communicate with them all on one platform. I love that I can leave them notes or instructions and they can do the same.

Excellent app, very easy to use. I have used other time keeping apps in the past and I find SINC to be more straight forward than others.

Sinc has been a huge help for our employees time cards. Sinc has been very helpful anytime we have had an issue, which also rarely happens.

Notes can be difficult to take, character limit on notes is too small, only adding one picture at a time is tedious, can be difficult to export notes.

Overall, SINC has been extremely user friendly and easy to navigate thru. I would recommend SINC to anyone looking to track employees or scheduling.

I love that my employees can clock in from their phones anywhere.

Easy to use for employees, like that internet access is no required to be able to record clockin clockout info. And easy for Admin to see employee tracking info.

The employees have an easy time with it. The weekly reports are vey useful and downloading them to my email works great.
