Overall, I am really satisfied with the program. It is very convenient and easy to use.

There are so many useful features as well. I also love that customer service is always excellent.

Sometime it slow and I have to use Google or it won't work. Navigation can some rime be difficult and if I miss a day I find it hard to catch up.

When combined with a production schedule, we are able to see which employees are falling short of expectations, meeting expectations, or exceeding expectations, with hard data.

Only one complaint - it does not prohibit Meal Period violations, which is an issue in California.

I love Hotel Effectiveness. I have been using it for years with two different hotel management companies.

Great info with using this system about the room occupancy, and helps us stay on budget and schedule according.

Great for scheduling and monitoring and including the ability to reduce overtime. Allows you to be proactive if used daily.

I like that Hotel Effectiveness is easy to use. Also it is a great way to keep track of late arrivals and absent employees.

My experience was a bit scary at first not knowing if I could correct my errors and just trying to operate the system.

Easy to track and monitor for any possible tardiness, OT and hours allocations discrepancies. The number of hours you lost or win is very informative.

Sometimes we have a problem with getting the finger to enroll.

Labor usage and management; better tool to review overtime/approaching overtime; scheduling functionality and time keeping are very user friendly and intuitive.

It makes daily review of hotel labor quick and easy. I love the myriad reports you can generate to break down the labor numbers.

The platform is simple to navigate, user friendly, the help feature is great and their is a library of tutorials available to assist with questions and provide ongoing resource.

It is very cost effective. I like that it tracks overtime hours and attendance.

No integration of schedules with Payroll System, schedules have to be entered in two places.

It's new and seem that it will help see results daily.

We utilize this software to keep track of all housekeepers restaurant staff and front desk staff. It shows a great snapshot of places where we have challenges and where we can save to increase profit.

The main benefit for Hotel Effectiveness has been increased control over labor costs. This product, for at least 80% of users (with 50+ employees), would probably pay for itself.

System is easy to use, on line help is very good and can answer the majority of your questions. Training videos and webinars are also helpful.

I can fine out the hours of my employee quickly. When schedule I can see what hours I have and where to use them more effectively.

The onboarding was very efficient, great visual, the support team has been very responsive to all inquiries.

I can see my days off, my benefits, my salary, and my paychecks. This is very important for me and makes it easy to know where to find things.

What I like most is the ease of use for our employees. It is a very  intuitive system to use and an employee's profile, performance management, PTO  and onboarding tasks are visible to them.

Great program to manage a team, see benefits, stay connected at an organization, etc. Everything is laid out clearly.

They have the answers and if not they will ensure they get you the answers. We have been extremely pleased with how they continue to provide us with the best customer service a client can ask for.

My overall experience has been very positive. They have an updated customer service center that provides you with related articles to your question which is very helpful.

We have had a great benefits team, customer service team, and over all success with the project and HRIS.

Overall, it's a nice tool. HR sends notices periodically about happenings around the company and Namely is a nice platform in which to view them.

Its a user friendly platform. Namely integrates with our ATS and it saves a lot of onboarding process.

It has a great user interface for our employees.

This makes it difficult if someone has a sick day to account for it on their time-card.

The service is awful and disjointed. Part of this is probably because of such high turnover on their part.

We have had difficulty with the Namely Time feature, it gets confusing for employees and sometimes there are issues with information syncing between the two systems.

The best thing about Namely is the integration between HR, Benefits and Payroll.

We have received fast and helpful responses to our inquiries. Benefits management in the system is also intuitive.

Namely is easy to use and great for what we've needed it for.

I love how easy it is to use Namely, the sections are clear and the user interface is simple and straighforward.

I'm a big fan of the user interface and ease of processing my documents. Overall a good value for the money.

We use Namely for payroll, HRIS, and benefits. Having an all in one solution has not only made everything much more organized and easy to manage but has saved our team time and money.

When you assign a task to someone there is no way to set reminders or alert you if you have a task overdue. Also, no notification or red flag that says you have incomplete tasks on the homepage.

Namely has been a painful experience, with no support in the roll-out or implementation.

We selected Namely for the HR flexibility and have been very disappointed with the Payroll technology and customer service.

Lots of options to meet your needs from the benefits side with great transparency for employees to understand the total cost of benefits provided to them.

Having a fully integrated solution has saved me an abundance of time.

Namely's ease of use is second to none. Our employees love the facebook like layout.

They hold you off with emails stating they are working on the problems only after you send several emails and leave many phone messages for follow up.

It integrates seamlessly with our SSO platform and provides a nice clean, clear, and concise interface.

Line of sight is easy, metrics and reporting are well thought out. Performance management is excellent, company goal setting, company wide communication is excellent.

It is a software of human resources with a high cost but easy to use and adaptable.

Their success and support teams are incredible and the platform is really easy to use and our employees like it. Really like working with them.

Overally it's been a good experience to manage every information at one place rather than reaching out to the HR dept for minor changes/additional information.
