We manage 5 restaurants, hotschedules is extremely important to our operation. It integrates with our POS system and has awesome forecasting and budgeting tools.

Love how easy it is to make schedules. I like that you can do safe counts and that this app also hold employee s numbers and emails.

The most annoying thing about is the notifications. I think everyone gets all the notifications.

The ability to save a template for a weekly schedule. At our job we put a schedule out on a weekly basis and we don't have to start from scratch every week.

I loved the mobile phone interface that HotSchedules had. Very simple, easy to read, and easy to connect with my manager for clarifications or changes.

I also enjoy the creation of House Shifts to help meet projected labor needed. There are some cool reporting functions and the Broadcast feature is great for company-wide announcements.

The website and app are very slow to use. Creating the schedule can be a pain as the interface is very slow, and the app will load for several seconds between each page while navigating.

Customer service is good. Not a fan of them implementing new things like “rate your shift” which nobody used.

The only downside to this software is the cost for the app.

Hot Schedules has been a great tool for our managers and staff. It's easy to use, customer service has been great to deal with.

Overall, I really loved my experience with HotSchedules. It was a great program for me to know when and what shifts I was working.

There is a learning curve and the interface is very dated. It's also a little confusing with what your schedule is etc.

You can also use it as a communication tool for both individual and mass communication. I genuinely LOVE this program, and would highly recommend it.

The tools are great if used correctly. The pricing is only affordable if you are a large business.

And the broadcast messages are great for getting important information out - everyone looks at their schedule, so everyone sees the broadcasts.

It might be overkill for small teams, but if you frequently schedule several people for many shifts each week, it's well worth the cost.

Hot Schedules is easy to use and they have great customer support.

The only complaint I have about using this software is that there is no way to know if the person you sent a message to saw the message.

Changing to uattend actually reduced our monthly costs slightly with a much better system. It has excellent benefit request and approval capability and integrates seamlessly with our payroll provider.

Love the efficiency in the timecards especially the thumbprint software.

Sometimes it will delay registering a fingerprint and that can be frustrating. It's usually due to a dirty finger, screen, or too many touches within a certain amount of time.

Customer service has always been excellent. Online help is also very good.

The small print on the reports is a problem for me.

We are looking forward to integration features that will hopefully integrate everything directly with payroll services.

The only problem we have is WIFI functionality - most of the time it actually has nothing to do with the system itself.

The reporting and ease of use is great. I used the online chat the other day and it was very easy, quick and we were able to make adjustments to my account quickly.

Luckily, it paid off as I was super happy with the system. The first thing I looked at was the price, and uaccept was what originally stood out for me.

Overall, I would recommend this software to small rapidly growing companies. This is a software that can easily grow with your company and staffing needs.
