Great App

Being a start-up company, we found HRApp very useful, Value for Money. Customer support team is really active and supportive. I am Having problem in generating Pay-slips, Miss. Shahana from Caprice always ready to help, but our bad that we are not having enough time for having training conducted for that as I am always on Field.

Pros

Attendance Management, ESS, very easy to use.

Cons

I found it difficult Generating Pay Slips and Reports. Sometimes having Check-in and Check out issues. HRApp is not available in App Store for iPhones which some of our employees are having.

Good for a start ups!

Using it from more than six months. Its a time saving application that almost covers the HR functions of our organization. As we are a new company, only 1 HR resource was handling all the related activities. Since this app has been introduced in the system, the productivity has been increased comparitively.

Pros

Being a cost effective software which lets you purchase the application for number of employees, its an apt for the startups. Instead of managing your human resource functions manually, can have this to enhance the efficiency of the work of an HR.

Cons

Could be more user friendly. For some features like attendance approval, synching the attendance and all had to take the technical team help.

Reasons for Choosing HRAPP

Definitely the cost of the product and the service support. Demonstration by the team was very much impressive.

Reasons for Switching to HRAPP

Service support, Price/cost of the old product and it was not much apt for the system.

Overview HRAPP

Expectation from the APP 1.Payroll Management: The account team is looking for an option to manually punch in TDS amount because they want to fix up a certain TDS amount for initial 6 months and another for the latter months. 2.Project and Timesheet features are made available in working status would be of a great use.

Pros

1. Attendance: The check in & check out features is good a solution to verify the log in & log out from bio metrics data. 2. Recruitment & On boarding: This features as it says, is a good solution that avoids the tedious process of re-filling resources data once again to under employee DB. 3.Payroll Management: As per the tax rules, salary slab and leaves the generated data are in par with the end user company's needs except for the TDS management.

Cons

1.Employee Database: The linked features to maintain an employee information is not available uniformly under one menu. They are scattered across multiple menu's thus causing high chances of missing to update the details. 2. Workflow: Default workflow templates are not available. 3. Employee Tracking: This tool becomes inactive after few minutes if the app is not frequently visited and refreshed. Thus it stops tracking the hours of effort once it becomes inactive. Sole purpose of the tool is not achieved and hence not useful. 4. Reports: These are not configurable as per end customer needs. They do not convey the required information and filtering of data can be done only after we download the report and again use Excel to organize the data. 5.Projects & Timesheet: It is very difficult to link these two and thus these are available for name sake.

Reasons for Switching to HRAPP

Information On-paper and In-App makes a difference.

HRAPP Review

Overall experience is good with HRApp, value for money. However, it can be improved in the areas of Look and Feel, graphical representation, view of employee attendance (it should be grid format which will be very useful to view). My suggestion would be, if you could review the PowerHR app software which is very user friendly, where you can integrate some of the good features.

Attendance Live location tracking which is very much useful to the management where we can track the employees

Cons

Attendance display of each employee is not so attractive

As a small and lean team, HRApp is a great tool to solve and automate daily office and HR work.

- Payroll Automation with tax compliance - Attendance Management - Managing reimbursements - Automated Payslips - Syncing up attendance with Payroll automatically Most importantly the ability to manage PF and other regulatory requirements straight from one single dashboard is amazing. As a small team, we were looking for a highly functional solution. HRApp covers the Indian scenario extensively and you can configure your org really quick and get started.

Pros

The feature list is exhaustive, though what we liked the most is the ability to automate payroll, and payslip generation. Apart from this, a single repository for all reimbursements managed by individual managers helps us keep a clean track. Also helps us release reimbursements on time without any additional paperwork.

Cons

None really apart from the fact that everytime they upgrade and release new fixes and, they take down the application for a few hours - which really is just fine.
