Good Basic System; Some Helpful Reports

My company had this system when I was hired; it works well. Occasionally when they upgrade there are issues in the beginning. I also wish there were an employee survey feature.

Pros

The user interface is fairly sophisticated.

Cons

If new staff are not computer savvy, they will likely need extra training.
