It helped us to move from .xls spreadsheets and manual work into nice SaaS that takes of a lot from our heads. I really recommend it to micro, small and medium companies. It's not expensive and it will buy you a lot of time.

It's very intuitive and easy to introduce into company's day to day routines. Reliable. It simply does its job.

There should be more will on HRNest side to introduce new features suggested by users. I've sent a few ideas but they remain on the wish list.

For a tool that I use every day at work, it gives me good user experience. I like the non-invasive interface, clear display of most important data, and that I can access all the info in one place. The functionality goes beyond work-time registration, it also allows to plan, see the scheduling of other team members, who is in the office at that time.

Data is displayed in various ways. The one I prefer the least is Work Time/ Reports - with vertical display and red markings when the time was missed - I much more often loot at Work Time/ Calendar that shows me the time in horizontal manner and somehow it's more comprehensive to me. I guess it depends how we think about time in general.

We like to keep our company documents in order. HRnest has definitely made this task easier for us - all employee documents are assigned to individual profiles, which makes finding them quicker.

Reasons of absence and the ability to define hours of absence

Reports - tracking now many days were planned and still need to be planned to use whole available Days.

Provide minimal work time, holiday and absence tracking but it needs to be develped to be customized to the needs of our company and to fully comply with the law.

Easy to use, transparent, customer finedly, possiblity to extract and export the data to excel for reporting.

Currently no possibility to create monthly work time sheets in line with labour law regulations pls implement the monthly time sheet approval process. Employee prepares the monthly time sheet, employee manager approves, the document can be printed out and submitted to the aduitor in case of authorities audits.

The most important issue is information regarding availability of any employee. The most options are useful

HRnest was a breath of fresh air. Our company is trying to be more eco-friendly - we are leaving behind all the paper-based solutions - well, as much as it's possible. And HRnest is a great help with that. And it's much easier to track the time our employees work ( we have task-based working time system). In my opinion, it's easy, good solution to any company.

HRnest is very easy to use. It has intuitive interface - after quick check I was able to easily find all the things I needed. It also allows for great customization. Safe to say - it is very good product and we will be be using it in our company in the foreseeable future.

My biggest problem with using HRnest is making empoyees actually log on every day to enter their work-time. It would be great if there was an additional app that would just open with the system when they start their work.
