"The automated notifications and real-time updates help reduce miscommunication and keep everyone on the same page."

"Humanity offers many of the features of modern SaaS applications (i.e., SSO integration, geo-tracking, mobile app, etc.)."

"Some of the great features include alerts when there are conflicts and the ability to generate and print PDFs of the schedules."

"It could use some improvement to the filtering options to allow to input date range which makes it easier than going to reports which is very frustrating when you want to get the whole picture for specific dates range."

"Functionality of shift tags and skill tags is not user friendly for our purposes. When PTO is entered by employee it is their time zone but does not convert to manager time zone for approval."

"What I liked least is that it can be inconvenient when managing multiple accounts, since you can’t easily view the different schedules in one place."
