Pros/Cons
Pros
- Superb Customer Service. Constantly being improved to make better by listening to clients for improvements.
- The overall functionality and features, ease of use, ease of implementation and acceptance, excellent customer support, cost, adaptability, and "bang for bucks" is exceptional.
- Humanity has a very clean and simple user interface that makes it super easy to use. After using other apps to try mobile clock-ins, Humanity is definitely the best option out there that I've tried.
Cons
- The forum for suggesting new ideas or asking about problems seems to be dead. Lot's of suggestions are going up there, including mine, but not much, if any, feedback from the company.
- Inability to track system in-activity and GEO Fencing for different Regions in world.
- We have an issue in our practice where employees often forget to clock in or out.
Pros
- I like great customer support and Humi checks the box. Anytime I have had a question or needed assistance I have had prompt responses that were helpful and always kind.
- I appreciate how easy it is to upload and assign documents as in a financial institution there is a lot of annual documents. The task function is also amazing.
- Overall, Humi was great at ensuring our teams were able to easily keep track of things like vacation time and other company updates. It's ease of use makes it a very attractive software product.
Cons
- Ve also ran into random bug / glitches which can be frustrating. In todays world support in real time is the standard , so having to submit forms can be a bit irritating.
- Disappointed with the product and my experience. Oversold on the capabilities.
- From what I can tell there are hundreds of features. Ll update my review should I encounter anything else.
