  • Pros

  • Superb Customer Service. Constantly being improved to make better by listening to clients for improvements.
  • The overall functionality and features, ease of use, ease of implementation and acceptance, excellent customer support, cost, adaptability, and "bang for bucks" is exceptional.
  • Humanity has a very clean and simple user interface that makes it super easy to use. After using other apps to try mobile clock-ins, Humanity is definitely the best option out there that I've tried.
  • Cons

  • The forum for suggesting new ideas or asking about problems seems to be dead. Lot's of suggestions are going up there, including mine, but not much, if any, feedback from the company.
  • Inability to track system in-activity and GEO Fencing for different Regions in world.
  • We have an issue in our practice where employees often forget to clock in or out.

  • Good ye Excel tables thank you LeaveDates. Excellent app and best value I found on a user/month cost basis.
  • Super user-friendly and easy to use. Overall interface is great and easy to use and categorise across all different functions and teams in the organisation.
  • I like that there is a community of other users of the software that help contribute to new feature ideas that the whole community can benefit from.
  • Cons

  • I am unable to enter leave between two years for example i was able to enter my leave from the 18 of December to the 17 of January. Not sure if i dint understand something but i was not able to do it.
  • Occasionally, the leave you applied is off the calendar, causing some confusion.
  • Revolutionised our way of tracking leave and sickness.
