Support is great and responsive. They try hard to meet feature requests.

Basic features to onboard and manage the employee journey backed by a clean and simple interface.

Data access and reporting need work. I have to do a lot of engineering to manage the business.

Setup was a breeze and it was great to go from no system to having a system but now that we are fully involved in using the system I am finding a lot of limitations. Serve has been great when there has been an user but I don't find that HUMI itself seems to be focused on improving areas that will have the most impact to their clients.

HUMI is very user friendly. Good for a smaller company that wants basic functionality to manage Human Resource tasks. Recruitment model is very straight forward and easy to manage. The Payroll team is fantastic, efficient and timely.

Functionality of some of the elements is very basic. The performance management module is almost useless. It was not setup with a performance management cycle in mind. Options for employee status need to be added to make the set up more functional. Training module setup isn't very practical either.

Íts a great little platform, the staff are very approachable and hard working, but you do always have to keep one eye on it re: bugs or employee updates.

Ease of use for staff, clean simple layout

There are just very small but essential developments needed within many of the features. It takes a long time to see them updated/implemented sometimes. For instance, work schedules - the current feature really doesnt work for employees with rotating schedules'. Synchronization is also desperately needed for your MS Teams status when you have leave approved.

There are a few limitations regarding vacation accrual and how that ties into payroll, as well as building-out a robust performance management cycle that mirrors our own.

Implementation was a breeze, It is allot easier to use and pull reports then my last software was. My experience has overall been good.

I like the platform and how easy it was to learn and use. I like the reporting it is robust and i can customize for my own needs. Onboarding and storing documents in Humi is extremely easy.

They need better support for a paid service i would expect a chat or call center during regular business hours. This is payroll and its very time sensitive so if an issue arises support isn't always there to help.

User friendly and having the HR solution is very helpful

Humi Payroll is missing the year-end filings with the government (generating and submitting T4s to CRA still needs to be done manually). Also, paying contractors (independent contractors with no source deductions) is currently not available in Humi. Also, no mobile app at the moment. this would be helpful for employees.

We've been using Humi for over three years now and the one-click payroll processing has eliminated at least an hour of my time every payroll cycle.

The automatic calculations of source deductions and remittances to the CRA on your behalf.

I honestly don't have any things that come to mind. Anytime I had additional questions, the Humi team is very responsive and would help me find a solution.

Humi is a great HRIS system with options from training tracking, time off requests, personnel record maintenance, performance reviews, goal tracking etc.

We have been considering using Humi as our payroll provider as well as HRIS provider but they still have room to grow. In both the payroll and HRIS realm, we need the flexibility to have staff working in two programs under two different supervisors.

Humi is a simple platform that all users on all levels can use! Staff love the app feature in order to clock in and out for shifts. Helps control payroll costs for the business!

Not able to integrate with all POS platforms

We are now looking to move to more of their platforms because of the simplicity of it for our HR team and our team members. Couldn't recommend it more!

We have used HUMI for over a year now and it has simplified many aspects of our HR processes. From onboarding to vacation management, it has streamlined more than we could have ever imagined!

Our team members would like the ability to install HUMI on their phones and have full functionality.

PIt has been great. For any challenges that have come up, support has been helpful and fairly quick to respond.

Our main usages for the software are time off/vacation tracking, payroll, and employee information.

The only con is for daily flat-rate employees and not having the ability to compensate that way. The response time to support tickets is fairly quick, but there have been times of urgency when it would be nice to have a number to call.

All staff time off is tracked in realtime in one place. All HR documentation is tracked in one place and clearly identified when acknowledged. Streamlines paperwork

It is simple...and complete for our needs as a small government funded organization

Difficulty printing pages or reports. Uploads cannot be edited easily without removing and uploading again which then impacts any acknowledgement or staff signature requirement. It is still new but these are immediate observations.

Unable to correct a payroll for minor adjustments once it has been confirmed and without paying a penalty fee.

Running payroll is easy, reporting at the end of the year is straightforward support team are typically fast and helpful. Great value for money!

Would love to have payroll reports for specific employees. Some bugs here and there but the team is open to learning about them.

Overall very user friendly as a platform, helpful for staff to navigate by themselves and easy reporting /custom reporting. Support teams are always helpful and kind!

Having multiple products in one place makes it convenient to comply with regulations and get staff set up for success

Some of the areas that fall in between categories (ex: payroll & benefits; deductions from payroll re: benefits contribution) can be difficult to figure out as the payroll support and benefits support are different people and neither may have the answers you are looking for

The people are great and want to do a good job, however overall the platform need much more development time and dollars to make this system comparable to other platforms. Although the subscription is attractive, but when you compare you need to await for future developments.

The platform performs the basic functions, but the platform does the best is the people.

They have a lot on their to-do list, but when you get access to the system you start to understand it is very much in the very early development stages.

Humi has completely cut down the admin we used to do when tracking payroll or vacations.

My current company is using Humi to track payroll and vacation information all in one place. It has replaced the need for spreadsheets and emails back and forth. One part that is great is that past employees can still login to update their address information - we used to have to chase people's updated information when tax season came along. Everything is self-managed for users which is the best part. It also helps to have an approval system when tracking vacations that can be approved by a direct manager. It will also tell employees how many vacation days they have left which used to be a frequent question in our organization.

I was on customer support when no one was available so it asked me to schedule a meeting at a later time. When the meeting came around, no one was available.

This software is very simple and basic. If your company doesn't not have an HRIS system, this would be a great starter software.

Once a company gets larger and more complex, Humi will not be able to support the company in its current capacity. Still fairly new and many of their features are still in production.

I'd love to be able to click on hyperlinks when viewing an applicants resume

Humi is easy to use from an administrative standpoint, it general works pretty well and doesn't break often!

There are key features missing, the inability to put an employee on leave or issue ad hoc ROE's without terminating the employee first is a big one for us.
