Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, robust features, easy customization

  • Came across this firm early on about 10 years ago and was certainly impressed. Really great interface, good process flow and super easy to use.

  • Cons

  • Although there are many reporting options it can be cumbersome. It would also be nice to have the ability to run one report that can capture both job and applicant data in one report.

  • The product is good. but it takes lot of time to fill in and sometimes i had issue with updating the calendar of my carrier.

  • Pros

  • I like the fact it can do pretty much anything you need it to do.

  • I like how everything is neatly organized and easy to find. I also like how you can customize your screen to show only what you need to avoid screen clutter.

  • Cons

  • Cost per user was a but high, but understandable.

  • Call center implementation is very expensive, but you also get what you pay for. More recently there are bugs of users numbers not routing correctly.
