Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Ease of using. Easy to navigate. Great customer service.

  • I love how it is user friendly and has all my frequently used information in one place.

  • Cons

  • Updates are constantly happening, witch is great, but is hard to keep up with them.

  • Check out process on the in-house end can be a bit tedious; however, after training staffing on how to utilize the software, that process became easier.

  • Pros

  • Easy to use! Very use friendly. Great for visibility.

  • The software is pretty easy to use and it works with many different configuration.

  • Cons

  • The call quality is high but if you have headsets that aren't very good it can create issues with audio.

  • Sometimes calls are choppy due to it being over the internet. However, the flexibility of working form anywhere out ways that small occasional inconvenience.
